Continuum
Classes and Workshops
What we call life is an emergent creative process. Why is there life on earth? Well, that is still an ongoing inquiry. However, one reason is the presence and gift of water. Our bodies are between 65%-80% water, we are a walking ocean, and we can deeply connect with our natural fluid intelligence by using sound, breath and deep listening to our own inner stirrings or intrinsic movements. We can see that Nature is creates by using vibration, spirals, waves, and pulsation. The waters of the earth also flow in this way. It could be said that the “language” of life is movement.
Engaging in Continuum helps develop deeper focus, flexibility to meet different circumstances and self-awareness as a whole bodily knowing. It is a gentle and supportive way to foster creativity and self-care for anyone, from athletes, artists, practitioners and business people to with most forms of health issues. The beauty of this work is that anyone can participate, it does not need any developed physical prowess or fitness.
“Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts.”
~ Rachel Carson, The Sense of Wonder
A full 1250-hour practitioner certification in the holistic awareness process of Vital Dynamics™ will start in the Summer-Fall of 2021.

BCST is a healing art that works with the energies that create and maintain health in the human system. While not a manipulative therapy, it has its roots in osteopathy and has evolved to include influences from human development, pre and perinatal psychology, trauma resolution, and recent advances in neuroscience. BCST supports nervous system regulation and allows the resolution of conditions resulting from stress and trauma. Practitioners use an educated, gentle, non-invasive touch to engage with the expressions of health in the system.
