Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, also known as Craniosacral Biodynamics or BCST, is a gentle, non-invasive healing art that supports the body’s inherent capacity for regulation, restoration, integration, and health.
Rooted in osteopathic traditions, BCST has evolved through contemporary understandings of human development, trauma, pre- and perinatal psychology, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness. Practitioners use educated, sensitive touch to listen to the body’s subtle rhythms, patterns, and organising intelligence, supporting the resolution of stress and trauma held within the system.
Prue Jeffries is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy teacher and advanced practitioner. She trained over many years, was recognised and approved to teach the work, and has taught on faculty, led practitioner trainings, and offered craniosacral education, mentoring, and supervision internationally.
Through Body of Wonder, Prue currently offers Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy sessions, craniosacral-informed mentoring, professional supervision, seminars, and continuing education for practitioners.
A dedicated craniosacral education project is also being developed to house future workshops, continuing education, mentoring, and possible training pathways in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and craniosacral-informed somatic practice.
For current sessions, mentoring, seminars, or future craniosacral education enquiries, please contact Prue.
