Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

SCHEDULING

Services are scheduled by appointment only. To accommodate your preferred appointment times, try to schedule with as much advance notice as possible. All appointments are reserved with a credit card at the time of scheduling. Any cancellation or no show fees will be charged to your card on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, please give 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not show to your scheduled appointment time, or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, cancellation fees will apply according to the policy below:

Canceling less than 48-hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved session amount $75 for a regular session, and $100 for an initial session.

Canceling less than 24-hours prior to your appointment will result in 100% of the session charge of $150

No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved session amount $150 for regular sessions, or $200 for initial sessions. 

Appointments made within a 24-hour period, that are canceled less than 4 hours prior to the reserved appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50% or $75 for regular sessions and $100 for initial sessions.

ILLNESS

If you need to reschedule because you are not feeling well or have any COVID-19 related symptoms, please contact as possible to reschedule. There will be no fee charged for cancellations due to illness. Please don’t reschedule for a least 2 weeks, and with a recent negative PCR test and no symptoms. Other virus please reschedule when all symptoms are clear for at least 7 consecutive days, and doctors have cleared you to be non-contagious. Some communicable diseases may have a longer period of time that it takes before you are non-contagious. So these requirements are no exhaustive, and some may require a longer reschedule period.

PAYMENT

Full payment is due at time of service. Cash, checks & credit cards, Venmo and Paypal are accepted.

ARRIVING LATE

If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment.  Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled.
