This particular training is now complete and is not currently open for enrolment. It remains here as an archive of Prue’s craniosacral teaching, training structure, syllabus, and educational approach.
Future craniosacral workshops, continuing education, mentoring, and possible training pathways are being developed as part of a dedicated craniosacral education project. Prue is currently offering personal mentoring intensives. Please contact Prue to express interest in future offerings.
About the Training
This 2-year foundation training program offered over 700 hours of instruction for participants interested in becoming practitioners of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
The training provided an ecosystem for safe and nurtured personal transformation, supporting participants to become dynamic, grounded, and sensitive practitioners. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy works with the primary intelligent organising force of life, referred to in the biodynamic approach as the Breath of Life. Practitioners learn to orient to the Breath of Life, to be present in relationship with clients, to acknowledge and differentiate conditional forces within the system, and to support the many expressions of Health that emerge.
The Biodynamic Craniosacral Practitioner Foundation Training was delivered through a diverse format, with an empathic, heart-centred approach as the foundation of the work.
Prior to offering this foundation training, Prue trained and worked with LifeShapes Institute for many years, including involvement in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy trainings from approximately 2010–2020. During this time, several practitioner training cohorts were completed, giving Prue substantial experience in the long-term development, mentoring, and support of craniosacral practitioners. This background informed the development of her own teaching approach and practitioner training structure.
Training Format
The training was delivered through a combination of direct teaching, embodied practice, clinical skills development, group process, and experiential learning.
Training included:
- Live presentations and demonstrations
- Visual and tactile teaching aids
- Direct experience and table time
- Focused personal support from educators
- Small and large group check-ins and feedback
- Subject matter related to real-world practitioner experience
- Embodied, relational, and clinically relevant anatomy
- Small group and partner exercises
- Movement and creative experiences to support embodied understanding
- Multi-media delivery of didactic material
The training participant-to-educator ratio was approximately 1:5, allowing for close support, mentoring, and direct engagement with the material.

This training was offered during the COVID-19 period, and unforeseen adjustments were possible due to changing public health conditions.
Program Logistics
The training required 700 hours for certification. Of these, approximately 350 hours consisted of classroom hours over 50 days, delivered through 10 modules over approximately 2–2.5 years.
Each seminar consisted of approximately 35 classroom hours.

The Embryo and development of Midline and Heart. The spine and craniosacral system. RTM.
DATES 2022 ~ Late Winter – Early Spring
The Nervous System interweaves with the Endocrine System, we also explore the neural tube, and it’s embryological development. Cranial Nerves 1-6 with related tissue structures and organs, nociception, neuroception, and more. We go into depth with the Fluid Midline and Fluid Tide.

Future Craniosacral Education
Prue is currently developing a dedicated craniosacral education project to house future workshops, practitioner mentoring, continuing education, and possible training pathways in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and craniosacral-informed somatic practice.
This future work will draw from Prue’s long experience as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy teacher, advanced practitioner, trainer, and somatic educator, while allowing the craniosacral stream to develop clearly alongside her broader Body of Wonder and NAIO™ Holistic Awareness Process work.
