Summer, 2025
Experience 5 days of inner wisdom through NAIO™ somatic movement and awareness practices, and Continuum by the sea in Epidaurus, Greece. At Epidaurus’ ancient healing grounds, you can reconnect with nature, increase your body awareness, and relax. Improve your well-being and harmony by exploring serene landscapes and visiting sacred sites.
Greece’s Peloponnese Peninsula offers stunning scenery and pristine waters. Healing traditions heavily influenced its ancient origins. The Garden of Life retreat focuses on tending to inner life movements of wholeness, as well as the awakening of wisdom and insights from within. There will be visits to sacred sites such as Epidaurus’ Asklepian Temple, as well as sightseeing activities such as snorkeling in the sunken city and visiting archaeological and natural sites throughout the rich Peloponnese Peninsula.
The retreat’s location and accommodations are on a seafront property, with comfortable rooms offering garden or sea views. Every morning, the beachfront patio serves a delicious breakfast with a view of the Methana volcano across the water. Snorkel the sunken city or walk through olive groves to Epidaurus’ ancient theater, both of which take only five minutes.
The retreat is open to anyone wishing to explore the gentle holistic life awareness process of NAIO™, including those interested in taking the NAIO Practitioner Training Program, or anyone that is on the training track already.
