Mentoring & Professional Development

My mentoring and professional development offerings support practitioners across somatic, movement, and therapeutic fields at different stages of experience. This work ranges from reflective professional consultation, to focused skill intensives, to formalized training pathways.

Each stream has a distinct purpose, structure, and outcome. Some offerings provide professional development only, while others constitute structured pathways toward practitioner recognition.

Integrative Professional Mentoring

Independent practitioner development

Integrative mentoring supports practitioners in deepening clinical perception, refining professional discernment, and integrating knowledge across modalities. This work draws from my background in NAIO, Somatic Movement Education & Therapy, Craniosacral practice and teaching, Continuum, and decades of full-time clinical work.

This format is reflective and responsive rather than instructional.

Craniosacral Practice Mentoring

Advanced practitioner development

Craniosacral mentoring supports ongoing practitioner refinement, perceptual development, and case consultation.  While I am a teacher of Biodynamic craniosacral therapy, this work integrates my own orientations alongside modern context specific craniosacral and somatic principles.

Focus may include

  • Listening depth and perceptual layers

  • Treatment planning

  • Practitioner presence and regulation

  • Session structure and clinical reasoning

This is continuing professional development and does not confer certification or organizational recognition.

Rates follow Integrative Mentoring or Skill Intensive structures depending on format.

These offerings differ from mentoring and intensives. They involve structured curriculum, supervision, developmental progression, and formal practitioner formation that can lead to professional certification.
